With gorgeous views of Rittenhouse Square, the private dining room at Lacroix at the Rittenhouse Hotel proved to be a *choice* location for a classic baby shower. Luckily the parents-to-be are waiting to find out whether the baby is a boy or girl because the room was perfectly decorated in gender neutral shades of green and lot of natural textures.
I kept the decor simple and natural with lots of burlap and a little bit of sparkle.
We also did a onesie decorating activity and since we couldn't hang a line along the wall, a pair of bifold doors were the perfect spot to hang little hangers & custom designed outfits!
Classic baby accoutrements like silver rattles, cups and spoons were put on pedestals on the tables.
And the flowers. The flowers are always my favorite part. We filled monogram mugs from Anthropologie with lots of pretty neutrals and spelled out the words Baby Love as the centerpieces.
And the gorgeous guest of honor!
This was a last minute event for me but everything turned out beautifully! Although having an incredible restaurant as a base doesn't hurt, right?
