Sweet Vidalia Onion Dip

If you're anything like me, this is that dip that you won't leave for the duration of the night. Say you're at a party and this Sweet Vidalia Onion dip is sitting on the table. You'll take a bite. Then another. Then another. Go ahead, keep eating.  Sure, it will be embarrassing. Your spouse will pretend not to know you. Your friends will talk about you behind your back. But it will be worth it. This stuff is SO good.
p.s. I love onions. You kinda have to for this scenario to work.

Ingredients
1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup of diced Vidalia onion
1 tsp pepper

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the above and pour into a baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is nice and brown - the browner it gets the more flavorful it will be. If you're impatient like I usually am, use your broiler for a few seconds to get the top nice and bubbly!

Now show Mommy how the piggies eat!
