Ok lovebirds, I've got February's Menu Plan for you a week early since I've got something special up my sleeve on the blog all next week. Anyway, it all sounds really good this month so I hope you find a recipe or six that you can use. Anything from last month leave an impression? We really liked the Bacon & Gruyere Crusted Meatloaf and the Pierogie Casserole. Clearly we love the comfort foods round here. Now git to clickin. Oh and if you're new around here (hi!), you can click here for menu plans of months past.
14. Stick your finger in every chocolate until you find the caramels
20. Greek Pastitsio
24. Pork Mole
I'm also always on the lookout for new and interesting recipes so if you have one that you think we all might like, let me know! Pinterest only gets me so far.

Um, yum. I'm most intrigued by February 14th, but I could probably convince myself to stand by the stove another day or six. Question - do you really make a meal everyday? If so, I'm going to need you to move to CO - there's a house for sale 5 doors down. We'd share an alley. Which means beer margaritas in the summer. And Gabe could come play while you party plan. And, you know, if you wanted to cook for my family at the same time, I wouldn't complain.
So my fav posts you do monthly! I am all over the green chili turkey burgers & orange chicken in the crock!
all sounds good!
have you had pastitsio before?? omg that's probably the best part of marrying a 1/2 greek boy - being introduced to that delicious meal. my fave!
also, i think i will step up to the dinner-making plate on feb 14th and follow your plan ;)
Couldn't get to the sweet pork tacos recipe from your link. Here's the one I found; I think it might be the right one.

I hope you enjoy the recipes you're trying from my blog!
Dear lord I get overwhelmed planning for a week. Do you really cook each meal on that night? You must be swimming in leftovers. I've found I can only plan 3-4 a week due to leftovers, going out, ordering in, or just "not feeling it". I'm interested in the brie and brisket quesadillas .
