I swear, wasn't it just like yesterday that I posted October's menu? I'm pretty sure it was. Anyway, I've got November's menu plan here for you. Hopefully it helps you not be a kitchen spaz. Can you guys give me some feedback too, like if you used the menu at all and if you liked anything in particular? Or if you plan to or whatev? Thanks buds. Okay, I'm planning on cooking a lot more than I did in October so the menu is a bit fuller and the grocery list longer. Bt-dub, click on grocery list to download this month's grocery list. I also don't plan to have a fridge full of leftovers after Thanksgiving...mostly because I couldn't care less about Thanksgiving food. Turkey, meh. Stuffing, meh. Sweet potatoes, meh. It just ain't my bag. Ok, here's what *is* my bag:
1. French Dip Sandwiches
2. Open
5. Open
9. Open
10. Pumpkin Chili
11. Open
12. Mushroom Risotto
13. Butter Chicken
16. Open
21. Mini Meatloaf
22. Buffalo Chicken Potato Casserole...I know, say wha???
23. Open
24. Thanksgiving...wine and pie for me, thankyouverymuch
25. Autumn Chopped Salad & Grilled Cheese
26. Open
30. Open
Keep in mind I keep Wednesdays open because I'm on my own that night while my husband is busy being a nerd. And a random weekend night is usually kept open for when I am tired of slaving over a hot stove all week and I request a McDonald's 2 Cheeseburger meal. Plain. With a coke.

The internet surprises me all the time but this is just the most amazing thing ever. When your October menu came out I screamed for my husband to come check it out. It's just so impressive!! During nap time I'm going to go over the recipes and get some ideas. I love these posts!!!!
omg. i'm totally coming over to your house! i'll bring cloches.
it's just little ol' me here so cooking all this stuff would be an absolute waste. i should just pick four items and eat each all week long.
this is amazing though! i'm so impressed. do you actually stick to the menu for the most part?
see you at 6! ... or whenever you eat.
So glad you posted your recipes - I need to do this in the next couple days too. Maybe Saturday. But the planning tots worked for me - thanks for the great idea. (And you will LOVE butter chicken!)
I used to meal plan all of the time... now I'm pregnant and have a laundry list of food aversions and nothing (except for carbs) sound any good to me. BUT! The Buffalo Chicken Potato Casserole? I am going to make and then eat the sh!t out of that. It looks amazing.
Glad to see I'm not the only one who orders my burgers plain at Mickey D's. I just hate how soggy it is! UCK!
Oh, this is so helpful! Now can you just double everything and express ship it to my house? No? Too much to ask? Damn.
Let me just say that I LIVED off of the Autumn Chopped Salad last month!!! Love, love, love!!! (Had it last night too) This month I am all about the Honey-lime chicken enchiladas & Tortellini Spinach Bake. :) Thank you Shannon!!!!!!!!
Thanks so much for planning my meals for me this month. That was kind of you. Off to print this off for my "planning." ;)
Next time, can you avoid qinoa and risotto. Homey don't play that way.
And, I'm totally going to make Happy Joe's pizza soon, too. Maybe a few times in November.
girlfriend- was at michael's today (natch) and saw they have mini ceramic loaf pans in pretty fall colors for like a dollar and was all, oh i could make mini meatloaves! and my girlfriend was all, do you have a recipe? and i was all, no, but its called the internet. and then, there was you. love ya girlfriend.
I have my eye on 6,18, 28. We had 25 a few weeks ago...so-so but we aren't big pear fans so I used half pear and half apple. But the dressing is what we really disliked.
I forgot why your husband is a nerd. Would you mind posting that bit again?
Hahahaha, JK, John. You're awesome. I mean that. Also, go see my blog. I posted a new in-law update, JUST FOR YOU.
I haven't made anything yet but I have it bookmarked with a couple of the recipes like the autum salad at the top of my list to make. I enjoy your blog so much and appreciate seeing posts just like this one. I can't wait to try the buffalo chicken potato casserole.
A fellow Shannon!
You are so organized!! Since I'm just cooking for one I don't go crazy with the meal planning, but I like to see the links to all these great recipes! P.S. I am so happy to find someone who feels the same way I do about Thanksgiving food. I'd rather have a cinco de mayo mexican food fest over this turkey/stuffing baloney any day!
