See Who's Looking at Your Profile

Back when Gabriel was known as Blinky, I made him a nursery. On the wall, I hung a stand-in silhouette of a baby head. I planned to make a real one before his noggin got too big. And you know what? I actually did it. Oh, the "A" has come down too. We'll have to do an updated nursery pic I suppose. If you're confused, I was so sure I was having a girl that I hung the A, which would have been our girl's initial. Anyway, I made a silhouette of Baby Gaby's head and I'm here to teach you how to do the same!

1. Take a pic of your adorable boy from the side and capture his profile. Squeal over his perfect lips. Print it out.
2. Cut out the head...carefully!
3. Put some tape on his face. Don't worry, he can't feel it.

4. Attach the head, face down, on black paper.
5. Cut it out again, hold it up and marvel at your cutting skillz.
6. Attach the black paper head to white paper and pop in your frame. Done! Woot!

Now usually, once I master something as simple as this, I want to do it over and over again. But I'm thinking lifesize silhouettes of John and I in our dining room might be a bit much. So I'll probably just stick with this one.

Oh and the Giveaway ends tonight!

Ha, ha...clever post title! I love silhouettes of children. I had one of my lil' noggin in my bedroom when I was a kid. PS: My guesses for your girl name are: Allison, Addison, Abigail and Alfalfa.

I've been wanting to do this for a while with our profiles, but Sir JEGs is not a fan of his nose ( I love it.) I think I may do it anyway. Mwa ha ha.

..and what ws your little diva's name going to be? ....Amy? That's a good strong name. At least I think so ;)

Love little Gabe-y's head. Adorbs, in your words.
