Buuuuutt, apparently it's only worth a 2-hour early dismissal. I'll take it. And don't you love how I still talk like I'm in grade school? And I mentioned Egg, so this counts as my Easter post.
Anywhooo, I feel like I'm the last one to know here guys. You didn't tell me about the gem that is Burlington Coat Factory. I hadn't been in one since I was about 6 years old when all they sold WAS coats. Now it's more than just coats. I decided to take a jaunt down to creepy Claymont, DE last night to check out the Factory (as I'll now refer to it), mostly because they also advertise themselves as Baby Depot. And face it, I'm in the market for some baby goods.
I walked in and made my way to the housewares dept. Oh sweet sassy molassy, I was in heaven! The curtain selection! The bedding! The random crap with cute patterns! I got real giddy and had to tell myself to calm down. I had to start at the beginning and inspect every section so that I didn't miss anything. I could have spent a LOT of money. But I only picked up a few nursery accessories and a pair of maternity denim bermuda shorts ($12.99!). I can't wait to go back. Do you wanna go? Let's go.
Dudes, this weekend it's gonna be 80 degrees. That's flip-floppin, day-drinkin weather. I'll take part in the flip-flops. And Easter is this weekend too. I'm a big fan of Easter meals. Not T-Giving or Christmas so much but Easter brunch is a meal I can get behind. I told you about my thing for ham sandwiches these days, right? And I'm also a fan of Cadbury mini eggs. So if a certain husband knew what was good for him, there would be a bag sitting on the kitchen counter when I come downstairs Sundee mornin. I hope you get some too. Happy Easter kids!

Bummer that you don't have today off. Happy joy, we have it off.
It was 86 degrees yesterday. Holy moley, I thought I died and went to heaven. I actually mowed the lawn. Craziness!
Girl, I'm sitting in my office right now, and I don't get out early either.
I am overly excited about the weather this weekend. I will be rockin' the flip flops as well... but I am continuing my sober streak until Sunday. Woot Woot.
have a good holiday lady!

Ok 1) Where is Claymount DE? I have lived in Philly all my life and still don't know where it is. 2) Thanks for the tip on Burlington I am going to have to check them out. 3) I agree with you on Easter Brunch. Just got through stuffing my face at XIX at the Bellvue. They do one hell of a spread for Easter.
I was definitely rocking the flip flops this weekend. And quite possibly the day drinking... I must try to visit the Factory, I haven't been in ages!
