Breakfast for Dinner: Southwest Omelet with Peppers, Onions & Cheesy goodness alongside a ham steak and a piece of bread that had to be eaten before it went stale.
Poma-Tini: Overpriced, toothache-inducing alcoholiciousness
Mango Chicken: Look at all those vegetables being cancelled out by chunks of sauce-covered chicken and cashews
Cheese & Crackers: Creamy, fatty cheeses + 7 different kinds of crackers = Heaven…hey, there are grapes there! That my friends, is fruit.
And my lame attempt to make up for a gluttonous weekend of feasting: Colorado Chicken Salad from Firebirds Wood Fired Grill
Put a fork in me...I'm done. So so done.
Sidenote: Is anyone willing to shell out some free advice for making my header not so friggin small? I'm lost.

oh god, I know how you feel. About two weeks ago I stepped on the scale after eating anything that didn't bite me first. I almost passed out.
We prep ourselves all winter and spring for the swimsuit season, and when it comes around we stuff our faces. How does that happen??

Anyone lucky enough to have a daughter in their life is blessed already. However, if your child is like mine in any way consider yourself truly blessed. My dearest Shannon took me to Chadds Ford Winery yesterday for a belated birthday surprise and luncheon. Wow! It was a beautiful day with bleue skies and an instrumental band playing in the background. We had yummy cheese and fruit and of course crackers. We washed all of that down with samples of Sangria wine.It looke pretty and festive. Shanon thought it thru. Everything was compiled in an adorable picnic basket trimmed in red and white. Thank you my princess for a day to remember. Your gift is most generous.
Awww. How cute! Such a thoughtful daughter. Its a shame I couldn't bring my wrecking crew with me to help sample Chadds Ford Winery's fare. I am hearting sangria this summer!!! Can we go to El Gran Rodeo right now and get some of that over priced $hit?????
